The 8-inch high-pressure side coupled series products cover working pressures of 300PSI-2000PSI and can load 1-8 core membrane components, suitable for various international standard membrane components such as DOW, HYDRANAUTICS, OSMONICS, KOCH, TORAY, CSM, VONTRON, BDX, etc. The product is designed and manufactured according to AMSE standards, and can withstand more than 100000 cycles of water pressure and more than 6 times the blasting water pressure. The product has passed various international certifications such as ASME RP, CE, IS09001, IS014001, UL/NSF, and is suitable for a variety of complex media environments. This series of products has been applied in multiple engineering projects both domestically and internationally.

OVERVIEW
The ROPV R80S series model acommodates standard makes 8” membrane filtration elements. Manufactured to very exacting specifications with only the highest quality materials for continuous use. Our pressure vessels operate within a temperature range of 14-150℉(-10-66℃), at operating pressure of up to 1,200 PSI/83 Bar. Individual units are hydro-tested prior to shipment to ensure only the highest quality and stable performance. The R80S series model is certified and meets the standards of the ASME(American Society of Mechanical Engineers), Section, X, RP.
APPLICATION
Our pressure vessels were developed for permeate and feed/concentrate with variable port options, connection types and sizes. They’re fully customizable and are offered as OEM equipment for UF, EDI, Large Diameter Membranes and Emerging Water Treatment Technologies.
